Breathing should be simple, right? But when your brain’s in panic mode, even the inhale/exhale thing feels complicated.

We’ve had our fair share of short breaths, tight chests, and emotional asthma. But learning to pause – to really feel the breath, not fear it – is how we started healing.

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is… nothing. Just breathe.

Slow down. It’s not a race.
